Jesus rule over the Works of the Father's Hands

You have given him rule over the works of your hands, 

putting all things under his feet.

(Psalm 8:7)

Jesus the Nazorean was a man commended to you by God with mighty deeds, wonders, and signs, which God worked through him in your midst, as you yourselves know (Acts 2:22). Indeed they gathered in this city against your holy servant Jesus whom you anointed, Herod and Pontius Pilate, together with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, to do what your hand and your will had long ago planned to take place. (Acts 4:27-28)

Exalted at the right hand of God, he poured forth the promise of the Holy Spirit that he received from the Father, as you both see and hear. (Acts 22:33)

But God raised him up, releasing him from the throes of death, because it was impossible for him to be held by it. (Acts 22:24)


Lord, enable your servant to speak your word with all boldness, as you stretch forth your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are done through the name of your holy servant Jesus. (Acts 4:29-30)
